All Angels logo Although All Angels is a small Episcopal church, it does not stop us from being involved with our community, while also supporting Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta programs.
Appleton Episcopal Ministries
Appleton began as a home for orphaned daughters of Civil War soldiers. Today, it remains the oldest social outreach ministry in the Diocese of Atlanta providing after-school programs and summer camps for both boys and girls.
Appleton provides grants, to parishes in the Macon Convocation, to help with the funding of projects by those parishes.

Putnam Christian Outreach (PCO)
On the first Sunday of every month, members of All Angels donate money or canned and boxed food and other dry-goods which are donated to PCO.
All Angels also gives a yearly donation to PCO.

For two years, All Angels received Appleton Grants to purchase protein-rich foods for PCO's monthly provision of groceries to needy families. Twice a month we made trips to the Middle Georgia Food Bank. Our church still supports the Protein Pantry with donations from the congregation.

Our latest Appleton Grant is for the back-pack ministry to provide elementary and middle school students with food on the weekend. The students in this program are home alone and need meals that are easy for them to eat without needing to heat them. The students are identified by their teachers and receive 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 snacks and a drink. Volunteers from All Angels shop for the food and a volunteer helps to pack the bags that the teacher will put in their backpacks.

PCO has always been committed to changing lives in our community with food, shelter, household goods, and clothing. For more information on PCO, click on this link to their website.
Firemen's Fund for Christmas Presents
During the holidays, the Eatonton Fire Department collects donations, which they use to buy toys for children, who otherwise would not receive a gift at Christmas. All Angels gives generously to this fund to bring joy into a child's life.
Episcopal Relief and Development
Episcopal Relief and Development is the compassionate response of the Episcopal Church to human suffering in the world. Hearing God's call to seek and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being.
Their mandate comes from Jesus' words found in Matthew 25:
"Truly I tell you, just as you did it to one of the least of these who are members of my family, you did it to me." (NRSV)

Episcopal Diocese of Jerusalem and the Middle East
The Diocese of Jerusalem covers five countries in the Middle East. The Diocesan Peace and Reconciliation program works at strengthening the interfaith dialogue with Jews and Muslims. The Kids4Peace program strives to educate the next generation in a language of tolerance and acceptance. All Angels gives a donation to the Diocese of Jerusalem.
